Key Responsibilities

 Branding and Visual Identity: Develop and maintain Agecourt Limited’s visual brand across
all digital and print materials, ensuring consistency and alignment with our values.

 Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling graphics,
advertisements, and promotional materials for campaigns across digital platforms, including
social media, email, and web.

 Content Creation: Design a range of content, including infographics, presentations, reports,
brochures, and web assets, to communicate key messages about our projects, services, and
sustainability initiatives.

 Project Graphics: Develop visual elements that enhance the presentation of our building and
development projects, including site plans, floor plans, renderings, and other project-related
materials.

 Digital Media: Create and edit multimedia content for use on social media, the company
website, and other digital platforms to enhance brand engagement and client
communications.

 Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, integrating
relevant innovations to keep our visual communications fresh and engaging.
Qualifications and Skills

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.

 Experience: At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the construction,
energy, or related industry sectors.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and
familiarity with design tools like Canva, Figma, or similar software.
 Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience creating visuals for digital marketing channels,
including social media, websites, and email.

 Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail, color, layout, and typography.

 Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand project
briefs and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to enhance our
brand and project communications.

 Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and relevant work.
Preferred Qualifications

 Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design trends in the construction industry.

 Experience with video editing software or basic animation skills.

 Familiarity with web design and UI/UX principles.
